Kendra Williams – Founder & Executive Director

Kendra Williams is a dedicated community leader and fifth-generation resident of Lake Como in Fort Worth, Texas. As Founder and Executive Director of Richelle’s Heart Inc., she leads the organization’s mission to provide resources for community growth, higher education, and healthy living while inspiring all generations to pursue a brighter future. She oversees the development and implementation of programs focused on workforce readiness, career exploration, and community engagement.
Kendra is the founder of the Lake Como Juneteenth Celebration, a culturally significant event that promotes unity, education, and community pride. Her leadership has contributed to Lake Como receiving national recognition, including being named a National Neighborhood of the Year.
In addition to her role at Richelle’s Heart, Kendra serves as Assistant Executive Director of Como Lions Heart, where she supports the implementation of community-based programs serving youth, families, and seniors. This role has strengthened her experience in nonprofit operations, program management, and community outreach.
Kendra also serves as Executive Secretary for Como Alumni and Community Inc. and is a licensed life insurance agent with Primerica, where she provides financial education and planning services. She also works as an educator at Eugene Crosier Memorial Day Nursery, supporting early childhood development.
Kendra brings expertise in community development, program design, financial literacy, and youth engagement, along with a deep commitment to strengthening underserved communities.
Eva S. Williams – Board Chair

Eva S. Williams is a strategic leader in public sector finance and community development, currently serving as Director of Budget and Grants for Trinity Metro, where she oversees the development and management of federal, state, and local funding for transit initiatives across Fort Worth and surrounding communities.
Eva holds a Master of Business Administration from the TCU Neeley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Texas Woman's University. Her professional expertise spans finance, strategic planning, and project management, with a strong track record of securing and managing large-scale funding streams.
She has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by both Fort Worth Inc. and Mass Transit Magazine and is a member of the APTA Emerging Leaders Class of 2025. Eva also serves as Vice President of Communications for the Junior League of Fort Worth and is actively involved in community leadership through the District 3 Community Development Council. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc..
As a native of the Lake Como community, Eva brings both professional excellence and a deep personal commitment to community advancement. As Board Chair of Richelle’s Heart Inc., she provides strategic oversight, governance leadership, and financial insight to support the organization’s growth, sustainability, and impact.
Querhea (Q) A. Alexander – Treasurer

Querhea (Q) A. Alexander is a Fort Worth native and proud Lake Como community member. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings a strong foundation in financial management and fiscal responsibility.
As Treasurer of Richelle’s Heart Inc., Q is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial practices, including budgeting, financial tracking, and ensuring accountability in the use of funds. She plays a key role in supporting the financial sustainability of the organization and contributes to the planning and execution of major community events, including the Lake Como Juneteenth Celebration and Jingle and Mingle.
Q is committed to both professional and personal growth and is passionate about giving back to the community that helped shape her. Her attention to detail, integrity, and financial expertise make her a valuable asset to the leadership of Richelle’s Heart.
Keysha Johnson – Secretary

Keysha Johnson is a dedicated community advocate and lifelong resident of the Lake Como neighborhood in Fort Worth, Texas, representing generations of family deeply rooted in the community. She is an active member of Como First Baptist Church, where her commitment to faith, service, and community engagement continues to guide her work.
As Secretary of Richelle’s Heart Inc., Keysha is responsible for maintaining organizational records, documenting meeting minutes, and supporting administrative operations to ensure the organization remains structured and compliant. She plays an active role in community initiatives and has contributed to the success of key events, including the Lake Como Juneteenth Celebration.
Keysha is passionate about education and youth empowerment and has been involved in efforts that support scholarships and resources for graduating high school seniors. Her dedication to uplifting others and preserving the legacy of her community reflects her strong belief in service, opportunity, and generational impact.
Jordan Drake – Board Member

Jordan Drake is a lifelong resident of the Lake Como neighborhood in Fort Worth, Texas, and a dedicated community advocate committed to service and leadership. With over 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, Jordan currently works at Lockheed Martin, contributing to the F-35 program and supporting the development of advanced technology that serves national security.
As a Board Member of Richelle’s Heart Inc., Jordan brings valuable experience in leadership, safety, and customer service, along with a strong commitment to community engagement. They are actively involved in local initiatives, including serving on the Lake Como Juneteenth Committee and volunteering efforts that support individuals experiencing homelessness.
A dedicated parent of three, Jordan balances professional excellence with a deep commitment to family and community, making a meaningful impact both personally and professionally.
Mya Johnson – Board Member

Mya Johnson is a dedicated community advocate and lifelong resident of the Lake Como neighborhood in Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University and brings a strong foundation in organization, planning, and creative problem-solving.
Mya currently works as an Executive Assistant for a resale business, where she utilizes her leadership and organizational skills to support daily operations. She applies these same skills in her role as a Board Member of Richelle’s Heart Inc., contributing to program planning, community initiatives, and organizational support.
Mya is deeply committed to youth development and community service. She volunteers with the local community food bank, supports literacy advancement through her work with Freedom School, and serves as a committee member and Crafts Coordinator for Como Kidz Kamp, where she helps create engaging and enriching experiences for children in the community.
Her passion for service, combined with her leadership, creativity, and commitment to empowering underserved communities, makes her a valuable asset to the mission and vision of Richelle’s Heart.
